Dr. Mark Frein (Partner & President)

Mark founded the Melete Group with the vision to help firms truly increase workplace performance.  He has over ten years of experience in corporate training and development with a wide variety of organizations.  His interest and client focus has always been in knowledge-intensive industries; particularly organizations that must turn concept into reality in product innovations. 

He has created high-impact learning and development experiences in almost every conceivable form -- traditional classroom instruction, eLearning, computer-based training, experential simulations, and action learning. Mark is also an adjunct faculty member in the School of Business at Simon Fraser University, a major Canadian comprehensive university.  Mark lives in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.
